I've spent more time in Biggs Junction than most people (that don't live there). I grew up in the Yakima valley area. The other half of my family lived in Portland, OR so Biggs became the meeting point for summer vacation drop offs. When I would take a Greyhound it would stop in Biggs as well. One time I actually got on the wrong bus (there were three of them outside). Back in the pre cell phone days, it was quite the adventure. There used to be a place called "Jack's" but know it is gone and a trucker gas stop is pretty much taken over it's place. Jack's was pretty old school but in retrospect, it had a great view of the Columbia River.
